Small park right across the street to walk the dog. Very quiet at night. A modern, clean and very comfortable place to stay at less cost than a small hotel room in Steamboat. Too bad the local brewery was closed the days I was there, but it's early season in the Yampa Valley and it was great not to have crowds anywhere I went. With 4 people eating and drinking water in bottles the trash filled quickly. We had to bag it and just leave it sitting in the floor.
