This property does not have a washer and dryer. This was my bad for not checking closely. There are two points one of which was a big deal. The owner walked us through the house for check in. They stayed in a trailer on the property. Not a big deal but a little uncomfortable. The other issue I believe will be cleared up as the property owner really was great, but there were Hobo spiders, we killed a few of them. This is hard to not give at least a 4 star it was clean and a nice place but we had kids sleeping in the rooms where we killed the spiders. ##### Jameson F. We had to meet the host when we arrived which made us uncomfortable. She was telling us to take off our shoes, keep doors shut, turn off lights and talked about the smell of the water. We had a book we could have easily followed. I would say 50% of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty and we had to clean them prior to using them. You could tell the place was lived in by the owners when it is not rented. The pictures on the site do not show all the personal effects that are in the place. The host told us the last renters wrecked some chairs and when we sat outside some were already ripped and damaged and when my son sat in the chair it ripped more. She should have pulled that to the side and now she is sending me a picture for payment. I would like to know how many people she has charged chairs for. She also stayed on the property, which made us uncomforable. ##### Michael M.
