The Space: The large separate living room includes a Smart TV and a large modular lounge with plenty of seating for the whole family. This room has the split system air conditioning unit. In the centre of the home is the dining room which is adjacent to the kitchen. Included in the kitchen is a fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and cooktop, coffee machine, pantry and cooking utensils. Bedroom one has a king bed, ceiling fan, wall mounted TV and drawers. Bedroom two has a queen bed, ceiling fan and drawer unit. Bedroom three has a double bed, ceiling fan and drawer unit. Bathroom with a shower, bath and vanity. Separate toilet. The laundry with a washing machine & dryer, has access to outside. Second separate toilet.
