"Excellent customer service, my room was clean I felt like it could’ve been a little more vacuumed I found some hair and such other things. But other than that it was well cleaned. I didn’t like how thin the walls were my room had a connecting room so my neighbors were asking me to hush although I wasn’t even loud. I could hear everything in the hallways but overall it was a great stay. Drinks and appetizers were well to my likings"

"Outstanding front desk team, with special appreciation for Clarissa's helpfulness. Fair value for the price; minor inconvenience with an elevator under repair, though advance notification was appreciated. Late check-out extension fee was reasonable, and overall stay experience warrants a return visit. If you are unfamiliar with the area's transit system back to the hotel, take the express bus across the bridge, get off at the first stop, and take a short Uber from there (typically around $6–$7)."

"Fantastic Stay Near NYC — Highly Recommended! I recently stayed here for a vacation and had a wonderful experience. This hotel is a fantastic find if you are looking for a convenient, comfortable, and affordable place to stay while visiting the New York City area. • Check-In: The check-in process was super quick, smooth, and hassle-free after a long day of travel. • Rooms & Cleanliness: The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. • Amenities: The breakfast provided a great start to our mornings with plenty of good options to choose from. • Parking: Finding reliable parking near NYC can be a nightmare, but the parking here was easy, secure, and offered at a surprisingly cheap rate. Overall, this hotel offered amazing value for the location. I would gladly stay here again on my next trip to the city!"
