"Staff were kind, food was delicious, skywalk accessibility was an unexpected plus. There were some little things with the room (e.g. the remote wouldn't work sometimes, the shower didn't get very hot despite turning it all the way over), but overall I had a pleasant stay and would come again."

The elevator didn't work. The courtyard was very nice and the breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts.
