Three Bedroom Townhouse

Three bed townhouse in an excellent location only a few minutes walk to beautiful Jimmy's Beach - one of three townhouses in the complex.

Lovely townhouse in quiet area, close to the beach and only a few minutes away from shops, restaurants and Golf Club.

This delightful townhouse has open plan living areas downstairs along with the laundry and extra toilet and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a microwave to help make your stay as relaxing as possible.

The two upstairs bedrooms have three single beds in 1 and a double bed in the other. The main bathroom is close by. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and ensuite. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms. There is a comfortable sitting room/TV area upstairs - which would suit either children or parents needing some 'space'.


Important Points

-Parking Restrictions apply to this property; Guest cannot park in any common areas (the driveway).

-Use of the Single garage is available; additional cars will need to park on the street.

-You need to BYO sheets, pillows cases and all of your towels.

-Strict no party or function policy.

-Windows can only be opened 12cm due to Strata NSW legislation/limiters.

-This is not a serviced apartment, you will need to bring your own food, amenities and toiletries etc.

Comfortable townhouse very near the beach

We had a lovely time. A few details that require attention handed over to the real estate agent such as seal on fridge needs replacing, front door fly screen spring needs attention (closed on my 80 year old Mother's heal which gave her a nasty cut) & the back sitting area absolutely filthy which we had to clean.
