  • Escape to this charming period property located amid beautiful countryside, with miles of country trails and forest tracks on the doorstep to explore. Hawick (6 miles) is a historic town renowned for its rich heritage, vibrant culture and scenic beauty. Famous as the heart of Scotland's cashmere and knitwear industry, visitors can explore its legacy at attractions like the Borders Textile Towerhouse, which delves into the region's weaving history. Hawick is also home to Wilton Lodge Park, an expansive green space offering beautiful gardens, riverside walks, and a museum showcasing local art and history. For history enthusiasts, the Hawick Heritage Hub provides insight into the town's past, while the Horse Monument, commemorating the town’s victory at Hornshole in 1514, is a symbol of local pride. This enchanting rural retreat boasts splendid rolling hills and countryside views all around.
