From the moment of check-in, the staff was absolutely amazing. Friendly, helpful, informative aall with the aloha spirit. The property itself is beautifully located in walking distance of a shopping center. And the view of the ocean/ sunset was just simply elegant. I would highly recommende this property to anyonr.

Need to have a car and drive to enjoy the area beaches. Staff is responsive the site is beautiful with lanscaping. Enjoy the birds and tropical climate!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The best place we have stayed in our 5 trips to Hawaii! Clean,convenient, beautiful sunsets from the hot tub! Bed was comfortable, Roomy and great design for travel stay! Everything you need at the Kona Coast Resort❤️

The unit was spacious and the resort had lots of activities for families. The WiFi only worked for 1/2 of our weekly stay. Lastly, our room had roaches.

We got a room near the Quiet Pool, but it was closed for repairs; something we were not told in advance. It was a long walk to the other pool. The Wi-Fi was down two nights of are stay. They blamed it on their provider but that didn’t help us.

This was our second stay at Kona coast resort and it did not disappoint. Love having the second bathroom and full kitchen during our stay. The w/d is also a wonderful amenity. View from balcony was beautiful and the staff was always helpful and responded very quickly with additional towels, laundry detergent, etc when needed. Would definitely recommend.

Overall a good stay. Our unit was a one bedroom. Very spacious. It had a bit of a musty odor in the bedroom. The windows had been left open, I believe, to air it out, because when we closed them, the smell was obvious. We had a ground floor unit with a view of the golf course on the back side, opposite of the ocean. Maybe I could have requested at least a balcony. That was a little disappointing. Front desk was so friendly and efficient. The pool was very clean and plenty of chairs and loungers. We did not patronize the bar or restaurant. Easy access to the heart of Kailua Kona. We would stay again, but I would request a balcony/ocean view at booking.

This property is simply okay. I was unaware that there is a golf course between the condos and the ocean. You can see the water but there is zero access to it. You can’t walk along the beach or even sit near it. The condo itself was large and spacious but very dated and pretty dark. The quiet pool was closed during our stay which I wish I had been told prior to booking. This was an average stay.

I've stayed here 3 times before in nice rooms. Upon checkin was put in a lower level room which I asked for and the room was very dark and faced a large parking area with cars. I phoned to ask to be moved to another room and they promptly moved us to a nicer room with green grass and nice landscaping. I appreciated this very much and also did ask for late check out and they also gave me 1 extra hour. I like this resort for its location and very nice amenities and easy parking.

Upon check in, we were immediately hit with a sales pitch from Wyndm properties. Itnwas ridiculous and disappointing. Also, the pool near us was closed half way through our stay. Also disappointing.

Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The condo had everything we needed and more. Beautiful view and close to some really good restaurants. The only thing we didn’t like was we went to quiet pool where no children we’re supposed to be ( they have a family friendly pool just for families) but it had children in it and one of the kids threw up in the pool and parents just left it. They need to make sure kids can’t get into the adult pools.

It was a quiet place. However we were 3rd floor up with no elevator. It’s not a problem for us but I can tell other people would not like the stairs. We did have a roach problem and a bedding issue. The bedding was flaking and falling Apart and they replaced it. We thought at 1st it was a mouse but the maintenance man said it was just an old bedding. So they replaced it. We then dealt with some roaches in our room but after 1-2 days we didn’t notice anymore. Overall it was good. No free Tv tho. Kinda bummer since I’m spending money to stay there already. Location is nice tho.

It was absolutely beautiful and kept up well. We saw several whales right from the resort! My family enjoyed the pool and the location of the property. The main thing we disliked was the sleeper sofa was uncomfortable.
