Welcome to Maui and the Hono Hideaway home located in the stunning Ka\`anapali Shores Resort! See the ocean from every room of this beautiful, top-floor FOUR-story condo in the oceanfront wing of the Ka\`anapali Shores resort! You\`ll feel like you\`re walking on water as you step onto the lanai to watch passing whales, turtles, and snorkelers. This ideal retreat has been recently renovated to provide the best lodging experience with new carpet, bathrooms, decor, and appliances! Enjoy a view of the ocean as you cook in the fully remodeled kitchen. Choose to rest your head in one of two bedrooms on the lower level or the third bedroom on the upper level, accessible by a spiral staircase. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, central AC to keep you cool, and shared access to two pools, hot tubs, and a fitness room (fees apply). What\`s nearby: You\`ll be just a few steps from the resort\`s pool and within an easy walk of the sandy beach. You\`ll also find tennis courts on the mauka (toward the mountain) side of the resort, and renowned golf courses just a couple of miles away (including the world-famous Kapalua courses less than 10 miles north). Take the family a few miles south to Whaler\`s Village, where you can shop at high-end national and local retailers, get the best mai tai on Maui at Monkeypod, or just lounge on Ka\`anapali Beach. Even closer to home, you can shop and grab coffee half a mile up Honoapi\`ilani Road at the farmers market and the local coffee shop. It was impeccably clean and honestly exceeded our expectations. The thoughtful touch of a snack basket waiting for us upon arrival was such a lovely welcome.This condo truly had everything we needed to make the most of our vacation. We were thrilled to find snorkeling gear, boogie boards, and beach chairs readily available – it saved us so much hassle and expense!The view from the lanai was simply breathtaking. Every morning, we enjoyed our coffee while watching whales breach in the ocean. It was an unforgettable experience.The location of the condo is also a huge plus. We loved being able to walk to a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. It made everything so convenient.My only very minor suggestion would be the addition of dressers in the bedrooms, as it would have been nice to unpack completely. However, this was a very small detail and did not detract from our incredible vacation in any way.We would wholeheartedly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a wonderful and convenient place to stay in Maui! Many excellent restsursnts (including Duke’s Maui) within walking distance. Beach path is easily accessible. Two lovely pools and hot tubs.
