This property has a beautiful setting. The lagoon has so many turtles, rays, fish, and eels. It was great to be able to snorkel every day.
Housekeeping is a nightmare. We stayed in the Makai, which is supposed to be the best of the towers and we had to call for fresh towels, tissues, shower gel, and toilet paper more than once during our stay.
The food is very pricey. $26 for a 12 ounce well liquor drink. Lunch was $150 for 2 adults and 1 kid after tip, and that’s for burgers. Same for hotdogs. Dinner is at least twice that.
No service by the lagoon. Very few chairs for people by the lagoon. We are early risers so we were able to get them, but if you weren’t there by 8-830, there were no chairs left.
