au départ on a eu une chambre pas rénovée et mal entretenue par la suite après avoir avisé la réception ..la gestion Aston (très efficace et à l écoute) nous a donné une autre chambre oceanfront dans le module A rénovée et impeccable ! Pour nos 2 autres nuits Wow... là ça été merveilleux car le site est exceptionnel ...belle végétation super entretenue... avec ses piscines et plage sur la mer et ses vagues aussi l’accès aux services épiceries ect est possible en voiture ou à pied Donc l idéal est d aller voir votre chambre avant de vous installer car ce sont des copropriétaires indépendants ! On recommande fortement pour visiter Maui

Établissement vraiment bien situé. Les appartements sont très propres.et bien positionnées en face de la mer. Nous avions réservé trois condos avec deux chambres, car nous avions 5 ados avec nous. À notre arrivée, nous avions seulement un condos de deux chambres de disponible. Nous avons été dispersés dans cinq condos différents. Nos ados ont vécu seuls dans leurs condos! Le bureau d'accueil ne peut rien faire pour aider. Les employés doivent se rapporter au centre de réservation d'Aston-Papakea. Nous avons organisé une activité danse à l'extérieur, mais un employé de la sécurité (Juan-José) a intervenu de façon arrogante pour faire stopper celle-ci sans avoir vérifié nos procédures de réservation avec l'accueil.

Merci d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre avis. Nous nous excusons pour le désagrément de voir votre famille séparée dans cinq salles différentes et pour le manque de courtoisie que la sécurité vous a montré, à vous et à votre famille, au cours de ce qui aurait dû être une activité remplie de plaisir. Malgré les inconvénients, j'espère que vous rentrerez chez vous avec de merveilleux souvenirs et que nous aurons peut-être une autre occasion de vous accueillir un jour de plus.

Un séjour parfait
L'hôtel ASTON AT PAPAKEA est très bien situé pour démarrer les visites de Maui. Plusieurs plages magnifiques se trouvent à proximité. Par ailleurs, des commerces et restaurants se trouvent en face de l'hôtel. Il faut prévoir une voiture à Maui.

Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour, Hana est un endroiut a aller visité en autobus, pour l'hotel c'est plutot vieux a l'intérieur mais l'extérieur est super beau, je vous recommande cet endroit qualité prix excellent.

Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits au papakéa... que dire... à part que je n'ai jamais vu un hotel de ce standing et simple à la fois... nous avions loué un studio avec tout le confort moderne (lave vaisselle, lave linge etc...). De plus, le ménage était fait tous les jours (chose rare avec un studio, en général, le ménage est à votre charge). Notre studio avait vu sur l'océan, et sur la piscine. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les barbecue en libre service autour de la piscine et le jacuzzi à côté de l'océan.... je recommande à tous....

We were checked into a room with NO running water. Wasted 1st night and hrs of 2nd day trying to resolve issue. No help onsite after 5pm. LOST valuable time! Less ameneties for 3X the cost compared to prior stays.

Great get away
We had a studio on the water and it was perfect! Loved that there’s no daily cleaning while you’re there. Loved hearing the ocean. And it was very quiet!

This was my 3rd stay at this property over a 20-year period. I always enjoy the grounds, which are still beautifully landscaped and maintained. We shared a 2 bdrm/2 bath condo on the 2nd floor of the H Bldg with an ocean view. The condo had been updated and was well-equipped, clean, and tidy. Front desk staff and concierge were friendly and helpful. This resort is a great value, with adequate onsite parking and convenient to a nice range of dining options within walking distance. An added bonus in January is that whales can easily be seen from the waterfront.

Great location, but unit not clean, they charge so much money for cleaning and it wasn’t clean. Kitchen not equipped- just few plates , one little pan !

Aloha Yakov, so sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our property and services. Papakea used to have sandy beaches but mother nature decided to take it away from us, which we cannot do anything about. Even though there are no restaurants on our property, but there are many options right across the street, down the road, food trucks nearby. The housekeeping fee is not for services during your stay. It is called Checkout Cleaning Fee, as to cleaning your unit for the next arrival after you checkout. Mahalo.

The property was beautiful, most of the staff very friendly, and the studio condo was beautiful and very clean! The bed in the room was very uncomfortable and another bigger blanket in the room would have been nice. Could certainly use a little updating in that regard.

A reasonably priced, lovely oceanfront condo. Quiet, family-friendly, lots of amenities and activities. For example, when we got there, they were having a free mai tai party at one of the pools! Highly recommend!

We have been back to this property many times. We love it! It is very family friendly, has multiple pools, a putting green, and outside shuffle board court. Main issue is that units can vary. I suggest arriving early and checking the unit. Often we have had to request changes, which has never been a problem, but it based on availability.

This was our second visit to the Papakea. The pros are the room sizes, the grounds, in room washer/dryer, and the location. The cons are that there are no restaurants/bars on the property and no cleaning services included. We did have some issues in our room with bugs. They even ruined some of our food. But, we love the property and grounds

Terrible communication through Expedia. I wanted a two-bedroom unit on one floor. What I got was with an unusable loft, thus wasted space. No way to see pics of the place beforehand, for which there is NO excuse! I rented a total of four units, and spent a lot of money for this disappointment.
