« The stay overall was quite good but it was a disappointing experience. After booking we where informed that work was taking place and we may be subjected to noise. I made contact to explain this was to be a special break for my Wife's 60th Birthday and they should have warned us about possible disruption before booking. A reply was sent apologising for this, but told us to make contact with reception where steps could be made to make up for this. Upon check-in reception knew nothing about this...

The room was perfect, except impossibility to open window for a little fresh air inside the room (air conditioning available though). Parking is big enough to park your car safely next to the hotel. City center and docks are easy to reach by walk (we recommend the docks museum, very interesting and free admission). Huge Tesco and other food corners around the hotel. »
