Heddwch is an imposing detached house, newly built, just 300 yards from one of Pembrokeshire’s finest sandy beaches - Broad Haven. Finished to a very high standard, it is deceptively spacious and furnished in a contemporary style with wooden floors throughout, the modern fitted kitchen has a large oak table that seats 14, ideal for family gatherings and 2 steps lead up to the spacious lounge area with A-frame beams and a wood burning stove for chillier evenings. Bi-fold doors open right back to a paved patio and enclosed, sheltered lawned garden offering marvellous sea views, perfect to enjoy leisurely alfresco meals after a day on the beach, while a second lounge gives plenty of space to relax. The super large bedrooms spread over 2 floors above and make a welcome retreat - ideal for the whole family. The location is perfect with the beautiful sandy beach of Broad Haven, a firm favourite with families and surfers alike just a short walk away, there is also a village shop, pub and restaurant in the village or why not take up a new water sport from the hire shop. Days can be spent on the beach or join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to explore this beautiful coastline. The picturesque harbour village of Little Haven lies just over the headland or can be reached via the beach at low tide and has more pubs and restaurants to try. A wonderful quality holiday home perfect for family gatherings or friends to get together and is sure to give holiday memories to treasure. This is a no smoking property. Holiday Cottage Layout. Second Floor - 2 Bedrooms - both with 2 single beds and one double. TV area/bean bags. Additional Information: Electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, 4 TVs, DVD player, WiFi, iPod docks, Xbox 360/2 controllers, double sofa bed & single pull-out bed both available on request with an additional charge, towels, BBQ, garden furniture. Heating: Gas central heating, wood burning stove. Please note, we have a Ring security camera that covers the driveway and back door access, along with a Ring doorbell that covers the front door access.

House has all the needs for a extended family visit, minor issues, freezer was not empty from previous guests, some maintenance issues, dripping tap in kitchen, light outside backdoor does not work, hoover bags full, no replacements etc.

Great size house in beautiful location
We were a party of 6 adults and 5 kids, there was plenty of space for us all. The weather wasn’t great for our holiday but there was loads of room for us all to spread out on wet days. The proximity to the beach was great, the walk is easy with only a very short stretch without pavement. We enjoyed swimming and body boarding (note the local surf shop no longer hires out wetsuits but we bought some from Tesco in Haverfordwest). The large entrance hall of the property is really well designed and the downstairs shower is handy. The beds were comfy and the showers on the first floor were amazing!! A great stay and would recommend to others.

A great house for a week in Broadhaven
Family of 10 of us ranging from 13 to 91 and worked perfectly. House had everything we wanted and needed from appliances to kitchen bits to electric car charger. View from lounge and patio out to sea was great. Beds all very comfy. 5 min walk to the beach. Dog friendly house. The local contact Rebecca was friendly and helpful as was the owner Paul. Quick to respond to messages. We will certainly be back.

We had a family gathering of 11 people for a long weekend with ages ranging from 2 to 84. Location was great with a 5 minute walk to beach, pubs and local shop etc. House was perfect for us. Plenty of toilets, showers etc and lovely spacious living area which opened out on to the garden with a view of the sea.

It was a lovely property, fully equiped. It has a great location, the comunication with the owners was excellent. We had a great stay. The only minus I will give is for the cleanlinless, it looked like the house was prepared for the next guests and cleaned weeks before, everything was dusty. I recomend either a new cleaner or a refreshing before the new guests arrive. Thank you!

Perfect!
Due to a family bereavement, I had family coming from Liverpool, Suffolk, USA and our dog so needed somewhere for us all to stay. We all loved staying here. It comfortably fitted all 10 of us and made a very sad time an awful lot easier. The house is stunning! It has everything you need and if not, there are shops are nearby.

A spacious welcoming house close to the beach
The house was perfect for our multigenerational family holiday with 6 adults and 5 children. It was spacious and well-equipped with room for everyone to spread out. The children loved the attic bedrooms. In a hot, sunny week the garden with a large table and chairs was used every evening for our family supper. Close to the beach and a convenience store, we had everything we needed for a stress-free holiday.

Family Long Weekend
What a fantastic house! Excellent for family or large group (we were 5 adults and 4 children aged between 5 & 13 and could have easily accommodated 5 more plus cots for toddlers/babies. Very clean and spacious. Kitchen was fabulously equipped more than enough crockery and cutlery, serving dishes, pots and pans etc. 5 min stroll to beach/cafes/pub. Parking for 5 cars and a secure garden for dogs. We would certainly go back and highly recommend a stay. Hosts very responsive during booking process.

Top Quality House, Wonderful Location
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. It is spacious, fitted out to a high standard and the front room with view over the sea is stunning - especially with the windows opened. House is thoughtfully equipped and was a very comfortable place to stay. Broadhaven has a large beach (5 mins walk from house) and a couple of pubs and shops. We were there in early July and it was quiet. There are lifeguards on the beach and on some days the waves were enough for some modest bodyboarding. We loved Pembrokeshire..... We will be back. It is beautiful and not commercialised in the way Cornwall is.

Great house in Broadhaven
We were a group of 10 (3 families) staying in the house for a week and, it had loads of space. A great dining kitchen joining into the lounge was perfect. Good sized bedrooms and a great little kids area on the top floor let the kids have fun on their devices and the house Xbox whilst we chillaxed. It’s a very short walk up the hill to the beach and much closer than we thought it would be. Just ideal!! The owner was in contact throughout by text, and there was a local who popped round a couple of times to check on things for us. All very friendly and some great tips too!! We would definitely return back to the house!!
