« Entre amis et famille, chacun dans son bungalow. Des repas pris dans les restaurants ou au bar. Un super spa.Des sorties proposees par l'hotel. Des baptemes de plongee. La mer ( se promenzr dans la mangrove et observer les petits crabes et poissons ), la piscine... pas loin du petit village . Du personnel tres gentil et soucieux dz nous etre agreable. »

« Séjour exceptionnel dans un cadre idyllique. Le lodge est très propre et bien entretenu. L’empreinte écologique est prise très au sérieux et ceci permet à une variété d’espèces endémiques à l’île de s’approcher du lodge. Par ailleurs un des grands plus est l’accès privatif à la plage de Radhnagar qui est une des plus belles d’Asie. La plage est publique, mais l’accès privé du Lodge mène sur un tronçon presque vide de la plage ce qui permet de profiter plaine ment de cette plage idyllique. La...

Petit déjeuner très médiocre. Plage sale. Check-in debout !!! Check-out compliqué, il a fallu téléphoner pour savoir que c'était payé en ligne, gestion d'amateurs... Fuyez, il y a mieux pour bien moins cher partout sur l'île. »

« The room was good and the staff were very friendly. However, the property advertised that it has private access to beach, the condition of the private beach was very bad. It wasn't maintained well and there was garbage and plastic littered all over. Despite informing the management about it, it remained dirty. The property did have good pool though which was very family friendly. »

« I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt high quality. « Really, really nice nice property. Beautiful vegetation and rooms. Clean, classy, well appointed, but nothing you don’t need. The staff were very helpful too. The food at the restaurant is excellent and well priced (300-400rs), I’d recommend dinner here to anyone. You can also rent scooters for the day around 500rs »

« Hotel novo, ainda em obras que iniciam por volta das 7:30 horas e atrapalham aqueles que querem dormir até mais tarde. Os funcionários são educados, prestativos e cordiais. A piscina é linda mas vem um cheiro insuportável de esgoto do terreno baldio ao lado do hotel. Café da manhã estilo indiano, pode pedir ovos fritos, omelete, etc. O acesso ao hotel é feito por uma rua em péssimo estado. »

« 5 mins walk to radhanagar beach. The staff at the hotel are on top of requests and are attentive. The property is clean but for the price, rooms need a bit of a revamp to brighten up the space. Room service menu too needs an update. »

"Cet hôtel devrait etre retiré de toutes les plateformes de réservation en ligne. En effet, l'hôtel est géré par un escroc connu dans toute l'île qui pratique volontairement l'overbooking et n'honore pas les réservations même payées d'avance. Je me suis présentée sur place et l'hôtel a nié l'existence de ma réservation et lorsque je leur ai présenté la preuve du paiement ils m'ont fait tourner en rond pendant 3h en faisant mine d'appeler leur gestionnaire des réservations, en me faisant patienter pour voir le manager au lieu de tout simplement m'annoncer que l'hôtel est complet et me proposer directement le remboursement. Au contraire ils m'ont laissé tourner en rond 3h, perdre un temps précieux pour trouver un hébergement de secours et me faciliter le remboursement. Plus de 20 clients étaient dans le même cas que moi en sachant que tous les hôtels de l'île étaient fulls. Jai fini par réserver par chance la dernière chambre dispo sur l'île dans un autre hôtel et j'ai obtenu le remboursement grâce à la plateforme de résolution de litige avec Hotels.com (merci pour l'assistance). Par contre je ne sais vraiment pas où les 20 autres clients dans le même cas que moi ont passé la nuit... Il n'y avait plus de bateaux pour quitter l'île! Au sujet de l'hôtel, les parties communes etaient ultra sales... des emballages, paquets de chips, canettes jetées à même le sol à la réception donc cela vous donne un aperçu de l'état du reste de l'hôtel!"
