At the heart of the home, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge flow seamlessly onto the deck, where you can enjoy alfresco dining or a BBQ while taking in the breathtaking scenery. Inside, comfortable furnishings and thoughtful décor create a welcoming atmosphere. Both bedrooms are designed for restful nights, and the well-appointed bathroom ensures convenience throughout your stay.  
  
The deck offers the perfect vantage point to relax and soak up the views, whether you’re enjoying a glass of wine or watching the kids enjoy a movie on the Smart TV inside. Surrounded by natural beauty, the property encourages connection with the outdoors and a peaceful escape from daily life.  
Tepuia Cottage is ideally located for exploring the area. Local walks and nature trails are just minutes away, while Mahakipawa Arm provides opportunities for kayaking, boating, and fishing. Havelock Township is an 11-minute drive, offering shops, restaurants, the Havelock Museum, and Havelock Marina. On the way, stop at the Mahau Sound Lookout, just six minutes from the property. For a relaxed dinner, The Queen Charlotte Tavern is only seven minutes away.
