The Hotel is not well marked-- and it really should not be listed as a Hotel but as a guesthouse/apartment with rooms to rent. It is a 9th floor apartment in a high-rise and we found it after a rather confusing ten minutes of asking around, showing our Expedia booking, until finally one of the employees of the Hotel found us and took us upstairs. I can understand that anyone arriving in the evening might find the arrangement confusing... Inside, the apartment/guesthouse is lovely, tastefully decorated, clean, quiet and very comfortable. Please make sure that the description mentions: 9th floor of a high-rise .... it would save the travellers a lot of anxious confusion.

SCAM, DANGEROUS, FRAUDULENT LISTING. Do not purchase a room at this hotel, it does not exist. I have taken this up with Expedia's management. This is a scam listing. They charged my debit card $257.52. I showed up at the exact gps address of this hotel, the building that was there was completely abandon and boarded-up. A cuban fellow led us inside the property, all the lights were off, it was pitch black, my brother and I had to use our phone's flashlight to see. After walking up several floors in the dark stairwell, passing door after door that was bolted and chained shut, another man flanked us from the rear. We thought we were seconds from getting robbed or worse and we left the building and got ourselves to safety. I am now out $257, we had to waste money on another hotel in Cuba and cut our trip short. This ruined our entire trip to Cuba. Do not ruin yours, learn from our unfortunate story. Do not trust this listing, do not give them your credit card number. I am a 30 year old, capable man. If my elderly parents arrived at this location and were put in this situation I would be horrified and incredibly worried. DO NOT trust this listing.

Wir kamen Nachts an und konnten den Eingang kaum finden. Ein Telefonat mit dem Hotelier war dann aber wegweisend (durch dunklen Hinterhof). Eingang war mit doppeltem Eisengitter abgesperrt welches bei jedem verlassen des Zimmer mit drei verschiedenen Schlüsseln geöffnet und wieder geschlossen werden musste. Zimmer ansonsten schön und sauber.

Un lugar excepcional en La Habana
El apartamento tiene algunas de las mejores vistas de la ciudad y su hermoso mar, tanto de dia como de noche. Amueblado con exquisito buen gusto y calidad. Espacioso, luminoso e inmaculadamente limpio. La ubicacion es estratégica para salir a recorrer distintos puntos de La Habana. Altamente recomendable. Volveria a alojarme ahí sin dudarlo. リビングは海が目の前で一望できてモロ城や新市街のホテル群など眺望は最高です。 部屋も広くて快適でしたが、宿泊した部屋の専用ではあるけどバストイレが別になっていていちいち廊下へでなければいけなかったのが残念でした。 また、予約確認書には階数が記載されていなので部屋を探すのに30分くらいかかりました。 事前に確認することをお勧めします。

Die Lage am Malecon ist sehr gut. Fußläufig sind sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung waren sehr gut. Unterkunft kann auf jeden Fall weiter empfohlen werden.
