"We checked in at 1 am as our flight was delayed and then the staff tells me they don’t have a room for us even though I had confirmed it the day before. And we had booked it months before. They were apparently full. But were being really discourteous. I had to get on the phone with Expedia and get the customer service to talk to them to get us a room . We had our 2 kids and we were exhausted from the long trip. Then the room itself was so bad smelling and old. I couldn’t believe we paid so much for it. The property itself had a lot of amenities and that is the only saving grace. But even in that the pools and hot tubs were extremely crowded. I will never go here again and would not recommend it to anyone."

"Room was clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast is a little simple but good enough for my family. My kids loved going to grab their own food. The beach was a very short walking distance away which was really convenient! Will definitely stay here again. "

"I love everything about our stay. The location was perfect it was walking distance to everything (malls, beach, & restaurants. The staff was super friendly & helpful. My room of choice was the suite (higher floor) it was very spacious & the views was AMAZING, ABSOLUTELY STUNNING & worth the price & the free breakfast was great "

"Perfect for families with the convenience of the ABC Shop, car rental, concierge, Starbucks, and Monkeypod restaurant and more all on site. A few short blocks from incredible shopping. Friendly, accommodating staff. Don’t skip Steak Shack & the Hawaiian ice shops next door. "
