"We recently stayed at this beautiful house very close to the beach with stunning view.. The front porch is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee with the sea breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking at home, which was a great help for our family of 8. It helped us save money and avoid eating out all the time. There is a separate room from the main house, a small storage space converted into a small bedroom. The bed is suitable for a child or teenager, not an adult....

"As others have said the building is under renovation. Our first morning there was a Friday and the crew showed up but it was raining too hard. Then the weekend so we did not have work going on while we there. We did have scaffolding in front but it didn't spoil the view or our time on the lanai. The unit is lovingly decorated and very well furnished in both the kitchen and beach equipment. The king size bed was quite comfortable, the murphy bed not as much. But the separation of space was ideal...

"Our stay overnight was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils for making breakfast in the morning. Then a short walk to the beach revealed a rocky shelf with many tide pools. I would definitely stay here again if staying in Hauula."

"10/10 would stay again. Our family felt right at home during our stay. Much love to our host and our Midwest “neighbors.” Plenty of room for all of us to sleep comfortably and quietly, and 2 bathrooms is A++ Well equipped kitchen and dining for family style meals. Don’t sleep on Tamura’s Market for groceries. Pour yourself a cup of coffee and step down to the beach to catch the sunrise. Take a few more steps and enjoy the views hiking the Hauula Loop Trail. "My family (with two kids) stayed 4 nights and found that it was the perfect location with a great family atmosphere. We enjoyed the our mornings on the beach and even saw saw turtles and a seal, and found the location was perfect for our day trips and we drove to all points of the island. The had a couple of meals from the food trucks that was a short walk down the road."
