House "Néroli", semi-detached. 500 m from the centre of Hauteville-sur-Mer-Plage, 12 km from the centre of Coutances, 12 km from the centre of Agon Coutainville, in the residential district, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach. Private: property 180 m2 (fenced) with lawn, parking on the premises. Shop 500 m, bus stop "Quettreville-sur-Sienne Mairie" 8 km, sandy beach 200 m.  
"Néroli", 4-room semi-detached house 90 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed. 1 room with 3 beds. Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, box-room. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible.
