Individual chalet on 3 levels including on the 1st level (level access from the car park): an entrance, a living room (connected TV) with stove, front balcony, separate kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm ), a bathroom (shower), separate WC. Garden level (with access also possible from the outside): a laundry room/ski room, 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x190 cm), a bathroom (multi-jet shower) with WC. 2nd level (1st floor from the living room): 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have balconies (2 single beds 90x190 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm and an enclosed single bed 90x190cm), a bathroom water (shower and 2 sinks), separate WC. Private parking and shelter for 1 car. Individual chalet on the heights of the village, on the slope, in a residential area 200 m from the chairlift and 700 m from the town of Hauteluce (grocery store, restaurants). Shuttle stop 50 m away (free in winter). Front balcony with a beautiful unobstructed view of the Beaufort valley, the village of Hauteluce and the mountains. Possibility of storing bicycles in the laundry room on the ground floor. 200 m from the Chosal chairlift Les Saisies link Espace Diamant ski area (192 km), 7 km from Les Saisies and its Nordic area located at an altitude of 1600 m (120 km of cross-country skiing and skating trails). In summer, tennis and pétanque court below the chalet; village located 5 km from a fishing lake and a children's playground and 15 km from the Col du Joly, between Savoie and Haute-Savoie, facing Mont-Blanc.
