On the first level, there are two rooms, each equipped with a double bed and a shower/WC. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, accompanied by a small dining table. Additionally, there is a satellite TV in this area. Upstairs, there are two more rooms, each with a double bed and a shower/WC. The kitchen/living room on the upper floor also includes an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with a small dining table. The house boasts underfloor heating and parquet floors throughout.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation stay, you will have access to a balcony and a partially roofed terrace, complete with terrace furniture, an electric barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2), and a box-room. The house offers a stunning view of the mountains. For families with young children, a children's high chair and a baby cot are provided. Additionally, free WiFi internet access is available throughout the property. Please note that smoking is not permitted, and a maximum of one pet/dog is allowed.
