"The internet didn’t work most of the time and when it did you had to put in the username and password every time. The showers were a nightmare. Half the time it took 3-5 minutes to get hot water and you had to constantly hold the handle down. "

"I used this hotel so I could visit family in the area so this hotel was really convenient! There’s a 1 minute walk to the nearest tram stop, 2 minute walk to the town/shops and also a park for children just round the corner. I would say the hotel it’s self could do with a little updating and a couple things in my room needed to be fixed ( shower head/light) but nothing major and was still a comfortable stay for what we needed. Our stay was in April but it was quite a hot week and the room had air con which was a god send! Overall I would use this hotel again for the convenience! We spent most of our time at our family’s house or exploring so this was ideal. "

"Breakfast was OK, the staff friendly enough, but absent during the day. Parking is unsecured, and there was a strange person walking away from the cars when we first arrived, possibly spooked by our arrival. Location is a 20 minute walk to the center of town. Overall a pleasant stay, and the simple hotel is as you would expect it - clean, good beds, and basic. "

"Room and hotel were lovely but coffee tray, which I use daily, was not refilled fully. For some reason the front desk gentlemen could not give out more than 2 creamer packets at a time, including claiming that they couldn't find any (?) Perhaps better coordination with housekeeping supply staff might fix that."

"The location is great. Many places, restaurants, shops nearby. Easy walking distance from the central train station. The property is old however. Breakfast was not very good. I have stayed at several other hotels in Germany and all had very good breakfast. Food wasn't as tasty and fresh. "
