### Cape View Villa: Well-appointed house with stunning sea views! Family-friendly.

Cape View Villa boasts stunning sea views from Cape Kidnappers to Mahia. It is a prime and central location to explore surrounding areas. The Hawke's Bay Cycle Trail is just across the street, where you can enjoy the 200km of sandstone trails and easy biking around the Bay. Elephant Hill Winery is a short walk from the Villa. Te Awanga is just a couple of kilometers down the road. Here you can wine-taste or dine at Clearview Estate Winery (which has an enclosed playground). Hygge Cafe is on the coast point, where you can enjoy a meal or coffee and a stunning ocean view. And for the golfers, you can't beat playing a round at Cape Kidnappers! Adjacent to the Villa, there is a Four Square, pub, fish and chip shop, and Brown Dog Coffee Cart with delicious smoothies, smoothie bowls, and pastries. Haumoana Farmyard Zoo is walking distance away, a perfect experience with the kids. They also have Surrey bikes, which seat four, for rent to cruise along the limestone path or Beach Road.  
  
The Villa has a well-deserved reputation for its cleanliness, size for multiple families with space for everyone, the stunning views, and quality furnishings and bedding. There is a portacot, highchair, and stroller available for little ones. It is also perfect for a girls or guys trip, as well as groups attending weddings at nearby venues.

Perfect house for nine friends to meet & do some biking. 5 bedrooms & three bathrooms a great size for us to all have our own space. Very warm house & enjoyed being able to all fit around a table.Would love to return in the summer.

Great house, views, and location. Close to beach and great views of beach from lounge. Lots of room, beds and bathrooms which suits a large group of people.Could do with more mice bait/traps and ant repellent (we had a couple of mice appear during our stay).
