Property was clean and room was very comfortable and for our party of 6. The staff (front desk, breakfast) were extremely nice and helpful at all times. We only stayed one night passing through but would definitely stay again!

Nice property. Comfort bed and quiet area. The complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The only drawback was a dirty kitchen floor and evidence of a prior dog ‘accident’.

Not what I was expecting based on reviews.
Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to front desk to check in. Appears they are under staffed. Had to go to front desk to get a tv control that worked. Bath room was in need of work. Shower rod pulling away from wall and tub spout pulled away from wall and loose.

Room was clean and nice. Only negative was being on the first floor next to the exit door where people were constantly going in and out starting at 4 am. The door slams shut was loud.

The front desk was rude to my family. We had 3 rooms and checked in with 5 kids after traveling all day. We were there about 10 minutes when they started calling with noise complaints. Listen …. I know my grandkids are loud. But we were still getting settled in our rooms and they were excited to see cousins. Apparently a lady below was trying to sleep at 5:00 pm. I think they could have given us some grace since we just arrived.
The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast staff was very good. But we won’t go back.

Room was nice, check in was easy, and breakfast was good.
Trash was still in trash cans when we arrived. One under cabinet door was broken. No pancakes at breakfast.

Be Sure they don't charge your room twice
The front desk charged me $380 dollars for the room and incidentals after i already paid online on hotels.com. i went to the front desk to let them know i was double charged and they said they'd get it taken care of and i still never received my refund. Also, room 106 door lock needs to be fixed, takes 2 minutes to wiggle the handle around to get it to open.

Nice clean property. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area. The only thing I felt needed upgrading was the continental breakfast. There were few options and the food was ok. There wasn’t really a vegetarian option except cereal.
