Uninspiring
Hotel rooms tired and need of an up date. We were in the basement. Room not clean and cups disgusting. Dining room uninspiring as was the food. However in all my years staying in a hotel, we have never had a Christmas gift from a hotel. What a lovely touch, well done

My stay was very unsatisfactory due to the level of noise…doors banging in the corridor due to door closer needing adjustment…Dog barking outside the room in the corridor at night and early morning

Sheffield Mosborough Hall was convenient for a short trip to Sheffield… easy 20 minute drive into the city centre. The hotel staff were friendly. Evening bar food was nice and there was a good choice for breakfast. Our double room was comfortable and clean although the bathroom and room decor were probably due for a refresh. Plenty of safe parking. Recommend for a short stay.

The hotel looks great from the outside the room needs a bit of updating the bed really too soft and lumpy . But tge food was excellent both the evening meal and breakfast abd the staff were great and professional.

Decent hotel. Lovely staff
We stayed overnight to attend a wedding. Check in was quick and friendly. No sign of the free bottle of wine promised as 'silver' members through Hotels.com but hey ho. Room was fine and clean, bathroom could do with a bit of TLC. Bin lid falls off when raised slightly and grouting needs some work. Stair carpet patched with tape, just looks like it needs a few quid spending to bring it up to scratch Saying that, main bar area is clean and modern.Bar and venue staff were lovely as was breakfast service. Overall, a 4/5. Very few complaints but at over £100 a night (booked a year in advance wth no cancellation option) I think they are relying on there being no local alternatives.

Tired.
The rooms are dated, I was in a big room and although my room was pre booked it had not been aired, or the heating put on, there was definitely a chill in the room. I did feedback to the reception that the menu choices are not great for someone who is trying to select healthy, I collected a supermarket salad for the second night as the choices were so limited the first night.

hotel was ok, rooms could do with decoration though, it was a bit tired. Disapointed as was supposed to have vip upgrade, there was no upgrade or bottle of wine so i could have booked chea[er

Tired and run down. Fully focussed only on weddings and not overly bothered about the hotel anymore. They state they have electric vehicle “fast charging” (would only be a 7kw charger at best), however the 1 “fast charger” that is in place has been out of order for well over a year! There is currently just a 3 pin plug available. This place has not been refurbished in well over 10 years and is dated. Breakfast is woeful, you will be much better to walk down to the local cafe on the high street

I only use this hotel because I can back my van up against a tall solid stone wall to help with securing the contents. Staff are good, Internet works, shower was good, breakfast was good. Evening meal was very poor and the hotel felt a bit thread bear. It is over priced for what it is and needs a bit of tlc. Quite a few Best Western hotels are in a similar condition.
