Offering the privacy you need, a wonderfully cozy design and a very close location to endless days of hiking, fishing, and all kinds of wilderness. The house sits in the middle of 40 acres and is very private with no neighbors. We have a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, even an air fryer. The patio has table, chairs, a BBQ grill, a Blackstone griddle and a firepit for relaxing in the evening. We are 17 from ATV trails and 4 miles from CMA headquarters. We are pretty much central to lots of fun. We had no idea how much the Beavers Bend area has grown, and after driving through AFTER our stay, we were SOOOO very happy to get away from all of the people. This was a four-hour drive for us, from North Texas, and we're already planning to make it back with the kids.Whether you're looking for a quick, romantic get-away with your significant other, or looking for a nice family retreat, this property accommodates anything you would hope for! They took my little ones for a drive around the property to watch deers . Beautiful property , we went to watch fall colors but were disappointed as it was not yet fall in Oklahoma . The location is beautiful and we enjoyed sitting out on the patio watching deer on the hillside. The hot tub was a perfect addition. The host was so kind and attentive to all of our needs.
