The large and bright living-dining room awaits you, complete with double height ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, and French doors that lead to a full width south facing balcony perfect for enjoying evening drinks or al fresco dining. A fully equipped modern kitchen with a Nespresso machine, washing machine, microwave, and full range of cutlery and crockery is just adjacent.  
Retreat to the two spacious rear bedrooms, both boasting king-sized beds and ample wardrobe space for storage. The stylish contemporary bathroom features part-tiled walls, a pedestal hand basin, and a shower to rejuvenate you after a long day.

Hastings Train Station is the closest to the property being situated approximately a 10 minute walk.  
  
The property is located on Hastings seafront, there is a public underground car park located just in front of the property which costs approximately £10.00 for 24hrs. Please be aware the car park we suggest is locked between 23:00 and 07:00, and has a height restriction of 2.2 metres.
