A lovely, bright, airy apartment in a great area opposite the beach. The property was spacious and well decorated. Most things needed were provided. The negatives were whenever other residents came through the front door, there was a loud bang which made us jump out of our skins. The door to the apartment itself doesn’t feel very secure. The bedding and towels didn’t smell clean and fresh and therefore my partner didn’t feel comfortable using. There are a few items of furniture that are cracked and need replacing. We managed to get a great deal when booking, so were happy with the price paid but wouldn’t have been if full prices with the issues mentioned.

Beautifully decorated, great location (so much in close walking distance), but some furniture is poorly maintained. The dining chairs (2 out of 3) were very wobbly and unstable with one chair having only 1 bolt instead of 5 to hold it together. We used camping chairs during our stay (bought from local Millets). Also, there is no dishwasher. Instead there is a washing machine, but no airer to dry washed clothes. The fridge door was missing 2 shelves. A small shelf for short things was being used as the only door shelf, so it wasn't possible to safely stand tall bottles in the fridge door, as the shelf wasnt deep (height) to hold them. Otherwise kitchen was ok. Knives were sharp which made cooking easier. Pedal bin not easy to open with pedal, needed hand help. Really good oven and hob, fast to heat up. Enough cupboard space for food storage for a shart stay. Living room is light & airy. This is where 3rd person can sleep on bed settee. Curtains are too thin for this in summer light eves, but it makes a lovely living area with a sea view. Bedroom space is a little awkward to move around as there are pillars each side of the bed. The pillows are very thin & the bedding didn't smell very good. Decoration good & space for clothes storage good. The boiler is in the bedroom and is noisy. This is ok if the heating is off at night, the room is then very quiet.

駅近で海の目の前なので立地はとても良かったです。ヘースティングスの街を楽しむことが出来ました。ただ3人で予約していたはずが、2人分しか用意されていなかったので、チェックインしてすぐに電話でタオルとシーツの追加を頼魔ないといけなくなりました。しかし、その日のうちに持ってきてもらえなかったので、私はシャワーも浴びられず、シーツのないソファーベットで寝る事になりました。フラットは一見綺麗に見えましたがどこもかしこもベタベタで、ソファーベットも食べかすなどが沢山落ちていたので、気分はとても悪くなり眠れませんでした。次の日もう一度電話をして追加のタオルとシーツを持ってきてもらいましたが、ドアの内側にあまり清潔そうでない袋に無造作にいれてありただ置かれていました。Netflixがあると書いてありましたが、サインインしないと見られない状態で結局見られませんでした。４泊しましたが清掃や使ったタオルの取り替えはない事など予約の時にもう少しわかりやすい説明が欲しいと思いました。ゴミを捨ててもらえなかったので4日目にはハエが飛んでいて悲しかったです。

Excellent location. Clean but poorly maintained. Shower housing falls off wall. Feature floor stand angle poise lamp not working. Both door entry Yale locks sticking tumblers (used cooking oil to release tumblers). Bedroom window occasionally floods light from external security light, could be prevented with use of "blackout curtains".

The location is great and the size of the apartment is good. The challenges with this place are the bed is soft and a tad lumpy on the right side. The bathroom floor is warped. There is a lot of noise from a back through road opposite the bedroom which drunk people use to move through the town. finally, in the instructions sent it states the key safe is in the foyer. It is not. It is behind the front door.

Lovely apartment.

Mum and I enjoyed a mid week break in seaspray. It was comfortable and well equipped. Communication was great and check in instructions easy to understand. The only minor issue was the bed being very low and mattress not so comfy and some surfaces a bit sticky. Otherwise the perfect place to stay as it's so close to everything.

Spacious, Comfortable, Ideal Location

Very comfortable apartment/hotel in a great location. Situated in residential building so you feel like you're part of the neighbourhood rather than a hotel. Had a little glitch with wifi access on arrival but the management team were on site and fixed it within half an hour. Early check-in, whilst not guaranteed, was available for us on this trip. Regular visitors to Hastings, and would totally recommend Seaspray. By far our most comfortable stay in Hastings to date.
