Fine hotel, poor communication
The hotel is fine, but getting in is a bit of a maze. We also received an email the day before telling us we could park on site and they would validate our parking. We came to leave to get parking validated and they said they didn't do that, we have to pay. The fact I had an email from them saying otherwise didn't seem to matter and they showed no concern this email gets sent as standard and had no interest when I suggested changing it. Parking is 17 eu re o a day so not cheap, and I would have parked elsewhere otherwise. We came back from being out on day 2 to find the cleaner had been but had left the door ajar all day, luckily nothing was stolen. I'm sure this isn't common, but wasn't great.

Poor guest communication on hotel access
The hotel is on the 2nd floor of a shopping complex. The lifts and escalators were not working but rather than informing guests of alternative access they left it to guests to figure out. This route was filthy. Breakfast in the venue was cancelled and held in an adjoining hotel but this information was not given at check in. Poor communication at a hotel I’ve previously stayed at before a couple of times with no drama.

Very disappointing service
Check in was very slow and took a long time as they were apparently having system issues. They took my payment twice in the first two days and then again a few days later and although they apologised and said it was an error I am still trying to get a refund for the overpayments some 2 weeks later!

Slightly different stay this time due to Corona, but very clean and efficient. Great location in the middle of Hasselt, with good parking facilities.

I did t actually stay here as the hotel was unexpectedly ‘full’ due to ‘annual cleaning’ so I was moved next door to the Radisson Blu. The receptionist explained this would result in a ‘better room’ but from memory of my last stay at Park Inn, the room in the Radisson Blu was a lower standard. The carpet had stains, I had 2 single beds when I requested a queen, one of the bedside lights did not work and the advertised English TV channels did not work.

Staying at Park Inn was a lovely experience. Everything is clean. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast has a good selection. All the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Michael assisting us after we had flight delays and lost luggage to deal with.

Fantastic Hotel in HASSELT
Really nice Hotel, excellent room with plenty of amenities, clean and big bathroom, the staff is very professional and friendly, is located in the city center and the hotel have a parking. The breakfast was also very good and there are many restaurants and stores near to the hotel.

Good value for money
Hotel as good as new and in a perfect state. Good value for money and ideally situated in the centre of Hasselt. Nice decoration. What could have been better: I didn't find a single glass that was clean at the breakfast buffet. This hotel has a 'big-hotel-feel' and found it rather unpersonal. I would not choose it for a private trip. For me it was just convenient for business. A big plus is also that you have a parking underneath the hotel.

Perfectly fine for a short stay
Not having cellphone internet access and the local taxis not accepting credit card meant I was at a loss as to how to get to the hotel. A call to the hotel reception and a very helpful receptionist gave me directions which I was able to follow until the very end where I couldn't actually find the entrance to the hotel, another call and the lady was offering to come down and guide me in herself but at that moment I managed to spot it. It is built on top of a shopping centre so you have to go up some escalators to find it. Cannot fault them for their service, even if the signposting was insufficient for me. The staff were courteous and efficient and I found the room perfectly fine for a short stay before a series of business meetings the next day. Internet speed was good so I was happy. Didn't avail myself of the mini bar or the restaurant but it seemed pretty low key so not for romantic get aways.

Het was niet de eerste keer dat we verbleven in het Park Inn & Radisson blu. De volgende keer willen we liever geen ontbijt meer in Radisson blu, niet alleen is het kwaliteit was zoek maar ook de vriendelijkheid spijtig genoeg

Great Hasselt weekend in Park Inn
We really enjoyed the 2 night stay in Park Inn Hasselt. It's situated right in the city centre, pubs, restaurants and shops are all nearby. The room was good size, clean, nice shower. It also had a small tea/coffee maker. The only thing I didn't really like was a bathroom sliding door, it's a bit noisy.

The location is perfect, the hotel is clean and quite. The breakfast during week days is not in the hotel but in Radisson Blue just beside of Park Inn.
