On the first floor you will also find a full bathroom with a shower. On the second floor are the other 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds. Bedroom 3 offers 1 Queen Bed. There is also a full bathroom off the hall with a tub and shower. A/C in Living area and upstairs bedrooms. Washer and dryer are located in the basement. There is an outdoor shower, the patio has table and chairs - lovely for outside dining, including an umbrella for especially sunny days .
