Nicely renovated, sun-filled Cape home .A bright and cheerful sun-room with flat screen TV, overlooks a spacious patio and a beautiful gardens with hydrangeas, rose bushes & mature landscaping. Lovely kitchen with granite counter tops, newer appliances with a cathedral and beamed ceiling. The large fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining area & separate comfortable living room with flat screen T.V. Plenty of room for everyone! First floor bedroom is spacious, bright & includes 1 queen bed. Bedroom 2 is spacious & has 2 twins. First floor shared bath has fully renovated marble tiled bathroom with a walk- in tiled shower with rain head. Upstairs are two large bedrooms. Bedroom 3 is very spacious & comfortable with a king size bed, sitting area with leather couch. Bedroom 4 is spacious with 2 twin beds, crib & pack & play and game table with chairs. Superb rental

I’ve stayed in a LOT of vacation rentals, but this one of the best. Great space for a family, large and well stocked kitchen, comfy rooms, great showers, excellent location for biking to rail trails, the beach, and swimming ponds. Close enough to Route 6 for exploring other parts of the Cape. Harwich is a lovely little town.

Great location and property. The house was just as pictured and very clean. The location made it easy to walk to the center of Harwich and bike trail. Could get to Harwich beaches in less than 10 minutes. Overall very happy with the rental.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Nancy’s home! The house was very clean and spacious. The outdoor space was also a wonderful addition with gas grill and plenty of lounging and eating space in a quiet backyard. Would absolutely stay again!

This house was bigger than it appeared on line. Great indoor and outdoor spaces for Grandparents to share a Cape Cod week with family. Centrally located for easy drives to 5 different beaches. This home was located in a quiet neighborhood which felt safe and relaxed.

Beautiful Cape Cod Home

Nancy was an absolutely great host! We had a wonderful stay in her beautiful home for our family vacation! We were on the Cape for a family reunion and this spot was the perfect central location! The home is within walking distance to Cranberry Valley Golf Course and also to Whitehouse Field where the Harwich Mariners play baseball. It was also conveniently located to so many local attractions. It was so nice to have my entire family together in one place with plenty of room! We could not have asked for anything more! Would highly recommend this rental for your family vacation!

Great location

The location was great! Within walking distance to a local park that had pickleball courts. Also we could ride our bikes to the Old Colony Rail Trial which links up with the Cape Cod Rail Trail. The backyard was nicely landscaped. I would recommend this place.

Comfortable house

We had a very nice stay at this house. Its in a quiet neighborhood which we liked and is a half mile from the rail trail and has easy access to rt 6. We had 3 adults and 3 children and everyone had enough space. The pictures are accurate. Kids loved the outdoor shower.
