The property provides for a very private and quiet setting, yet steps away from the bike trail and a short distance to the beaches. Enjoy your meals on the deck in a very private lot setting, surrounded by quietness. The Cape Cod Bike trail is just one house over. Walk or bike the to Harwich Center restaurants, shops and Brooks park and playground. Enjoy pickleball, tennis, basketball, large playground, band concerts, farmers market, and restaurants all walking distance in historic Harwich center. Short drive to open-ocean and Cape Cod bay beaches, golf courses, mini golf, go karts and more! Nearby Harwich Port, Chatham, Dennis and Brewster have many amazing restaurants and shops to explore. However, we had difficulty navigating the bathrooms because my wife is paralyzed and cannot stand. While the bathroom doors are big enough for the wheelchair, we couldn't get it close enough to the toilets to use a transfer board. This would not be a problem if the wheelchair user can stand to transfer. Otherwise, there was good accessibility. We loved the backyard where we played volleyball, freesby, badminton, cooked BBQ and ate outside at the patio.
