Overall the property was very pleasant-looking. However some things didn't work, like the TV. It was replaced upon request. The hot breakfast was luke warm. And the heater in the room didn't work. It was cold all night.

Nicest place in town! We’re so glad this place is here. We’ve been to Harvey several times, and the lodging options were less than desirable. Now we have a beautiful, clean, quiet, well maintained and friendly place to stay in Harvey!

Checked in online. Was supposedly given a virtual door key. This property does not have an elevator so I had to carry my bags up the stairs. When I got to the door, the virtual key on my phone didn’t work. Had to carry bags back downstairs to the front desk. Staff was a little incredulous and didn’t even say sorry. Room is nice.

We got in late last night. The desk clerk was very nice. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was good & so was the coffee! I would stop there again.

The room, location, cleaning staff in our room were wonderful. The couple who ran the hotel were not so great. The breakfast area was filthy. No one appeared to be cleaning it. I noticed items were outdated. The yogurt was three weeks out dated. They had bread slices packaged in plastic bags with dates on them. They were also outdated. The male manager was seated in the back on the computer. I tried several times to get his attention. I finally just wrote a note and placed it near the food and encouraged people to look at the dates. Finally he noticed me. He said it was their policy not to replace food until everything was gone. I said even outdated dairy? He said yes. They had a new delivery, but couldn’t stock it until everything was taken. I won’t type what I said to him. Again, the rooms were great, the cleaning staff were very helpful and the location is convenient. The breakfast and managers need help.

Walked in room and seen toenail clippings laying in full view. Stayed 5 nights. Cons: 2rd morning no coffee was available in the hotel between 8-9 am. I came back 3rd day around 11:30 am 6 rooms had their doors open by cleaning staff but nobody was around, I was trying to get extra room coffees. Two entrances, front and rear, rear door was never locked. Very poor security policies. My CPAP machine, unit only, I left on the night table. Apparently it was "dusted", I could tell because it had dust on top. I woke up chocking at night because the dirty duster left debris in the machine and it made it through the hose. Pros: newest hotel around.

I didn't like that people were parked directly in front of the main entry way doors. That area should be completely accessible, not blocked by parked cars. Also, I have a family member who is in a wheel chair and two others who are weak and sick from chemo. There is no elevator to the second floor.

Normally a good hotel, but…
I’ve stayed here a number of times and it’s been great, however, this last visit, the room I was given was absolutely disgusting with gross stains on the walls. I asked to move to another room and even showed the front desk worker the room and she seemed to be disgusted as well. However, she said they were completely booked and couldn’t switch my room, but she’d clean it. When I got back to the room that evening, it didn’t really look much better. I asked the new front desk employee that was working the evening shift if she could switch my room, and she said one person had just checked out of their room and she didn’t think she’d have time to clean it that evening as she was also cooking and bar tending in the lounge and no one else was available who could get the other room cleaned. It was gross.

The location was convenient and one of the bigger hotels in the area. The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfortable as well. The downside of the hotel was only given 1 key card per room and the continental breakfast had no protein such as hard boiled eggs.

The front desk/ bar server was so friendly! She worked the 3-11 shift on the night if my stay? She checked to make sure we had what we needed . Breakfast choices were very good.
