Overall, the visit was good. The property and room were clean. The only con is the bed and pillows are too soft and uncomfortable. As a result, I didn't rest well. It would be nice if guests are given an option to choose soft or firm pillows or bed top.

The room was very large and quiet. The breakfast was good but not as good as some other less expensive hotels I've been at lately. Hotel itself could use a little updating. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

They key cards werent working so we had to be escorted to our rooms every time we needed in. Was kind of a pain...had to wait for someone to return from escorting one room before we could get in our room.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years but this will be the last. It's not awful but is in need of an update and maintenance.

Bad AC unit
When I checked into my room I found that it hadn't been cleaned since the last stay. The proprietor was very polite and gave me a larger room right away. However I found that the AC unit would not operate properly, either refusing to turn on or not actually cooling the room. I tossed and turned all night, sweating on the mediocre mattress because the room was too warm. Not the biggest deal but it sucks to lose a night of sleep when on a business trip.
