A location to shout about and close to local amenities. Our apartment by Hartlepool Marina offers a vibrant waterfront atmosphere with a range of attractions and activities to suit many interests, making it a great base. Perfect for contractors, family or friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in a great location. Enjoy the spaciousness of our 2 bedroom apartment. We particularly love the location of this apartment as you are so close to Hartlepool Marina. The apartment features two double beds ideal for a good night's rest, with built-in wardrobes, there is enough storage for longer term stays. There is one family bathroom. This features a bathtub so for guests who like to relax after their days, this can be a nice treat. There is also a basin and wc. There is a shower over the bath if you want the speedier option. Our kitchen is equipped for guests who would like to do some cooking while you stay (though it's not compulsory and there are great restaurants nearby!), with a hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and other amenities There is a washer-dryer in the kitchen should you need to do some washing. Socialise around the dining table, with enough seating for four people. The spacious lounge has a sofa and a Smart TV so you don't have to miss out on your streaming channels during your stay. For guests traveling by car, we have a car park close to the property. It is a pay and display car park. For guests staying long term, please do get in touch. Guests will have access to the whole apartment My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to assist my guests. Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned; professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay. The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard. CONSUMABLES We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. PLEASE NOTE The apartment is located above a shop and you can, at times, hear noise from this as you'd expect. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property. That same proximity to bars also means there is music and people noise until late evening, particularly at weekends. That said, there are no nightclubs so the music does stop at 11pm.Views of the harbour entrance to sea and the marina itself are really nice.The apartment is nicely equipped and comfortable for 2 couples. Double beds or both bedrooms can be set up as twins.Kitchen is okay for a holiday stay and washing machine, drier plus additional freezer were much appreciated.I would stay again for use as my base whilst visiting local family.The drawers were short on cutlery and I found a dirty frying pan in the cupboard. General cleanliness was not quite as expected, perhaps a rushed turnaround to blame because the overall condition of the equipment and furnishings is good.
