Plus, you're just steps away from fantastic restaurants and marina views — everything you need for a memorable stay! The space Welcome to our bright and spacious apartment, right on the edge of Hartlepool Marina — you get a cracking view out of the lounge window. Inside, you’ll find a comfy double bed with plenty of wardrobe space, making it ideal for a restful night and longer stays. The family bathroom has everything you need: a relaxing bathtub to soak in after a busy day, plus a shower, wc and basin. Feel like cooking? Our kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all the essentials. There is a washing machine in case you need to freshen up your clothes during your stay. When it’s time to unwind, kick back in the spacious lounge, where you can stretch out on the sofa and enjoy your favourite shows on the Smart TV. There apartment is located on the first floor of the building, there is no lift so guests will have to use stairs to access the apartment. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole apartment Other things to note PARKING Short stay guests (less than 6 weeks) there is a pay and display (or pay by phone) car park on site. For guests who are staying longer than 6 weeks, we can provide a parking permit for you. Please inform us no less than 48 hours before check in so that we can arrange this for you. You will need to supply your registration number at that time. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
