« I am so happy we stayed at the Pilsley Inn. It is located in a lovely little village just outside of Chatsworth House. I felt like I had stepped back in time. We only stayed one night as our itinerary was very full, but I would definitely recommend this Inn. the people were friendly, and it was a perfect stay for my English holiday! »

« Très belle chambre, grand confort et la cadeau de bienvenue était un vrai bonus nous qui adorons le Titanic ! Par contre petit couac, il n’y avait pas de produit d’hygiène dans la salle de bain pour la douche. De plus le petit déjeuner était fermé ce jour là. « Loved this place. The setting is beautiful as was our room. A real mixture of old and new that worked perfectly. The staff were really friendly and attentive and we truly felt welcome. We opted for the pie for dinner and I can honestly say, it was the best pie I have ever eaten. The pastry was amazing and it was filled to the max with the ham and leek. My only criticism is that I didn’t really rate the mattress, the bed was too hard for me. Additionally, a blind on the Velux window would be...

« The room was spacious, warm, and ideal for 2 people. All the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with the local area. Food breakfast excellent choice, evening - good choice available throughout the menu. »

« Room was adequate, the heated towel rail was on the other side of the bedroom wall so the bedroom was uncomfortably hot, even at night - but the wife preferred this. The bed was quite firm and a good size. It was difficult to view the TV screen from the settee on the back wall. Tea (Yorkshire) and coffees were plentiful - not so much biscuits. Full English, plus cereals, juice, toast and tea/coffee refills welcome. »
