There was hair on the pillow and bedsheets when I arrived i was there for 5 nights every night my room card won’t work I had to go to reception and get it fixed that happen to me 5 nights I would never go back again

Staff was pretty rude not very hospitable. Loud noises outside the room on the first floor (loud music playing all night). No drinking water anywhere. Fan in bathroom was very loud.

Average hotel, convenient to airport, a bit worn but clean. Entire third floor reeked of weed. We didn’t have the breakfast, but airport shuttle was convenient.

Place has not been cleaned properly since 2018. Floors, walls, even the elevator..nasty. Elevator is right in the hallway, next to someone’s room. You have to stand in front of someone’s door to wait for the elevator floor 2 and above. Walls have to be made out of newspaper, might as well just have 1 giant room everyone sleeps in. I’ve stayed in some gross hotels, this is #5 on my list. Do not recommend a stay longer than 1 day, but I’ll never be back.

The receptionist was surly and offensive. We asked her several questions, and she gave minimal answers, dismissing our questions like why are we bothering her. She has no business ever talking to customers. She does a great disservice to the owners of this establishment. I will probably find another place to stay the next time I am in the area.

There were 2 problems with the room. The toilet was broken and ran all night. The other problem was the phone did not work so we didn't get a wake up call. I alerted the front desk at checkout.

The woman at the desk when we checked in was awful. She needs to find another job that does not involve customer service. She was so unfriendly it was almost rudeness, I asked her a question and she just gave me a dirty look. Horrible. Luckily the woman there when we checked out was an absolute delight.
