The hotel looks delightful and has some wonderful rooms, the dining room being especially grand. But as is common with many hotels of this age, it's full of character (i.e. Creaky floorboards and a strange step in the middle of the bathroom). The breakfast selection was splendid and you could help yourself to whatever you could wish for.
Award-winning parks, floral gardens, and mineral spa waters bring tourists to the town of Harrogate. Exhibitions at Harrogate International Centre also draw many visitors each year. Betty's Tea Room is a renowned spot for afternoon tea and lunch. The town is approximately 24 km north of Leeds.
