We’ve lovingly restored this property, infusing it with bespoke pieces that reflect individualism and attention to detail. With its unbeatable location, you'll have easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Come and experience the charm of Maison 5, where comfort meets elegance. So whether you are visiting for a holiday or business, this accommodation has everything you need. About the property: On the ground floor, a spacious, light and airy open plan living dining area, with muted greys, cream shutters and sumptuous upholstery makes you feel instantly at home. Cosy in the winter with real log burner, cool in the summer with door out to the sun drenched patio. A large Smart TV, allows direct internet viewing eg BBC i Player, Netflix etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances, Nespresso coffee machine and induction hob. Follow the muted colour scheme up the stairs, sleeping and washing areas are located on the first and second floors. The master bedroom suite is located at the top of the building, a breathtakingly beautiful bedroom with en suite shower, king size bed, Smart TV, well designed storage, and all the little finishing touches that make this property truly unique. Bedroom 1 (king bed) and Bedroom 2 (double bed) are located on the first floor, along with the house bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with Smart TV. The super stylish bathroom has bath/ over head shower, basin and WC, check out the tiled floor, under floor heating and traditional radiator. This vacation home is located in Harrogate City Centre. Harrogate Theatre and Royal Pump Room Museum are local landmarks, and travellers looking to shop may want to visit Otley Market and Kirkgate Arcade. So convenient to everything. The top floor bedroom was very comfortable, both the bed and how dark the room was. Made for great sleep. The home is very charming and is decorated in perfect style for the home. As a fellow VRBO owner, I will tell you what my property management team would say. The living room furniture needs to be replaced or recovered. It is way too dirty to be comfortable. The walls are very smudged from people‘s luggage. I wouldn’t bother cleaning them. I would just paint them. The doors and door frames and walls could all use a fresh coat of paint. And all the white molding along the floor needs to be taken up and sanded down repainted and reapplied. It just needs a little TLC.
