Perfectly located overlooking parkland, just a few steps away from the many independent cafes, shops and restaurants. Modern, light and airy, with a large living area, fully equipped kitchen, shower room, with bath, and a kingsize bed. The apartment has free onsite parking right outside the door. Recently refurbished, elegant and tastefully designed, the central apartment has a large living/dining room with Smart TV, sofa, dining table. There is a separate work space area & fast wifi, making it an ideal space for working from. A modern style bathroom with a separate bath & shower, perfect for relaxing. An free private parking space right outside the door makes it ideal for unloading.
