Communication was wonderful especially since there was a horrible storm knocking power out and knocking trees down just days before our arrival. Adam personally called and advised of the storm and wanted to let us know. We appreciated that as we were traveling from 8 hours away for a family funeral. Grandmother died on Monday and we tried getting one night back and they didn’t allow it. I think if you have proof of a funeral there should be room for that.
