Hotel room smelt like cigarettes and weed. Bathroom sink had toothpaste all over the faucet. Also the room was set at 74 degrees and the a/c would not work.

I apologize for the smoke smell in your room. If that happens, please call the front desk and they will change your room immediately. Do not stay here. Our bathroom sink would not drain period. We alerted staff and they said it would be looked at the next day and it was not. The TV in the room also glitched and did not work correctly so we could not use it. Breakfast choices are extremely poor compared to other hotels. Guests were having a parking lot open party until 10 pm one night blaring loud music. Kids liked the pool. That was about the only good part of the stay.

The pool & local location was my main reason for going to this hotel, they can use some minor updates, other than that I had no complaints my girls loved the pool, they enjoyed making their own waffles.

Room was cold on our arrival and took 45 min to heat up, toilet ran water all night. TV was off/on all night, desk said "yea that happens sometimes and sometimes off, we have called to have it fixed but they don't show up".

Excellent night’s sleep for good price. I used to mostly go to Hampton Inns in my travels, but their prices since covid are outrageous! Sleep Inn is great quality for a precovid price. Sleep Inn is now my first call for accommodations.

It took a couple buzzers for someone to come to the desk when checking in. The nicest people are the housekeepers (the couple) love them! It was our 6th time staying there, but this visit the food was terrible the milk was curdled. I told the front desk person. I think they are short staff. I got the room cheap on Expedia. So was worth stay.

5 Star rating makes this hotel a perfect choice!
I chose this Sleep Inn location because of the good reviews I read as well as location. After cancelling 4 other reservations at different area hotels because of poor reviews, I realized upon arrival that I made the right decision to stay here. This hotel has a friendly and helpful staff and everything about this hotel was clean, clean, clean. Plenty of hot water for the shower. It had good pressure and never ran out of hot water like other hotels we've stayed at. Beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep. This is a quiet family oriented hotel with no loud noises or partying. Smoke free and no unpleasant odors. Breakfast offerings were plentiful with various choices to start your day. Plenty of parking and easy access to local and major roadways. Affordable rates made this a good choice for our 5 night stay. I hope to stay at this location again.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The ratings I noticed were 8.2 out of 10 and my rating would be 8.5. The sleep suites and inn was clean up kept and breakfast was pretty good. This is a great middle of the road for cost efficiency. I would stay here again.

First room we went into there was hair all over the shower and a hang nail on the carpet. Second room was less dirty but tv didn’t work, the shower needed draino as it didn’t drain at all and then I found a bug in the shower the last day of the stay. Front desk guy also shut the lobby couch down as out of service because he was napping on it which was the best part of the stay.

2 things - beware EXPEDIA charged us $25 more than the the cost if we had booked directly and paid at the hotel. Plus, We paid $150 for a room that was old and had a bathroom that you didn’t really want to shower in. The first room they put us in smelled earful like mothballs or that it had t been used or cleaned in years. They offered to Fog the room and deodorize it. We made them find us a clean room. If we had paid $55 or $70 for the night I would have said that we got what we paid for, but at $150 ABSOLUTELY NO. I would not recommend this place and may never use EXPEDIA again. DISAPPOINTED! The only reason that I gave it an extra star was the morning staff was very nice. The young woman working on Sunday morning September 17 cared what was happening at the hotel.

Run don’t walk from this place
First room moldy, urine on the toilet seat, dust on headboard. Ask for new room. Next room moldy bathroom, moldy light shade, mold in air conditioner. Open AC full of dust. Not a great place to stay for someone with asthma. Staff apologized but offered no excuse. Extremely disappointed!

For its price point, I don't think it gets any better than this. Reasonably clean, nice pool/fitness center, comfy beds, and a good continental breakfast, plus all of the staff were really nice! Highly recommend if you're looking for somewhere cheap and comfortable near Harrisburg/Hershey.
