Best motel in Carlisle for the money. The front desk staff is VERY helpful and professional. They take pride in the property and it shows. Safe, convenient and very reasonable prices make this the best choice in the area. Rooms are cozy and comfortable and there is a guest laundry area which is very clean and inexpensive and there is always a hot cup of coffee available in the lobby. No need to look any further.... This hotel has everything you need!!!!

Bud &insects are in thr beds and smell smoking so much. Management stated that it was "Normal" absolutely bizzare, booked non smoking rooms just to be greeded with smoke filled rooms, when complaing to management essentially said what do you want me to do terrible place terrible everything stay away from this place at all cost! We had to leave this disgusting hotel after arriving in half a hour, save your money and go elsewhere

Horrible. Gave us a room with no working a/c in the middle of summer. Also no microwave or chair were in the room. The sheets were dirty and had cigarette burns in them. Refused to move us to another room, even though 3/4 of the motel was vacant.

First night, they placed me next to one that had been a resident for two years, Very loud talking, cussing and slamming drawers and slept but three hours. Moved me the next day. I had driven 750 miles from Tennessee to visit son and Gettysburg was planned for next day.

I won’t stay there again.
The first key they gave someone else was already there. Second room reeked of cigarette smoke. Third room after a couple of in and it’s the key didn’t work. That happened three times by morning. And the breakfast wasn’t what they showed in pictures. Also, they were rooming out like apartments, and the tenants had all kind of junk outside their rooms which made it look slummy.

Nice but did not have the room we reserved....
The girl was very nice. But they didn't have a double bed room non-smoking that was dog friendly. I went down to see if the smoking room was tolerable and it wasn't. The girl did offer $15 off for the dog if I took the smoking room but we still got charged $45. We had to take a king room that we didn't want so does that $15 off not apply? Doesn't seem fair, we were very patient and kind and took the king room. Room was clean and comfortable but I did spend 3 days sleeping with someone who was supposed to have their own bed and $15 a night for a dog is really steep. It makes it not worth the price, especially if you don't get the room you ordered.

The place was very clean the beds were fresh The carpet looked brand new a variety of television channels on cable.. I am here for work purposes as a traveling nurse and it is a little noisy for 8:30 p.m. at night from the other guest but overall a very nice clean place with free breakfast I would stay here again

Definitely a no frills hotel. Bed was hard as a rock. Blankets were super stiff and had stains on the sheets. Breakfast was surprisingly good. I will probably stay again because of the price.

When I arrived the desk person said that someone had called and canceled my reservation. I had not had any communication with anyone about my reservation. They were pretty full but he was able to find me a room and my stay was good. There was a nice breakfast.

Good are but lots of trucks as it is the truck capital!! Tried to find cheapest since we were staying 2 nights didn’t do breakfast was very scimpy Hotel people were very courteous and friendly would recommend for a budget

This hotel was filthy and the non smoking rooms smelled like cigarettes. Bathroom door did not close, the carpet was dirty, no soap, the parking lot had potholes, people were barbecuing in the middle of the parking lot at night with music blaring. I asked for 2 extra towels to cover our pillows and received only one. Had it not been after 10 pm when we checked in we would have left to find a different place.

They need help!
The room was not clean. The toilet was dirty, the mirror had fingerprints, the light had cobwebs and the smoking smell was strong even with a non smoking sign on the door. I just kept telling a friend and I it’s only 1 night cuz my brother got married.

BED BUGS AND ROACHES GALORE
I got there in the afternoon and started to relax, I noticed cockroaches right away and a few bed bugs. I was shocked. I was considering leaving, but waited a few hours. I continued to see more unidentifiable bugs, some even looked like lice, but the bed bugs were so severe, I left in a hurry. I went to the front desk in a hurry and waited patiently for assistance. I know I should have thrown a fit since I have never stayed in a hotel with so many cockroaches, bed 🐛🐞bugs, so many different bugs I literally was sick. I told the front desk clerk about it and wanted a FULL REFUND, he REFUSED. I can not recommend staying here for any reason. Next time I see anything at a hotel, I will take pictures and video as proof. It's a disgusting establishment.

I wasn't expecting the Ritz, but this place was super sketchy and dirty. The room cleaners tried to accommodate us when the first "non-smoking" room we were put in smelled so thickly of smoke it made our eyes water. Once we got into our rooms that didn't smell so strongly of smoke (only faintly), we found wadded up tissues in the sheets and someone else's hair stuck to the shower walls. The guy at the front desk was grumpy and rude, until we checked out and he finally smiled for the first time. We should have left immediately but we were only there for a short stay and didn't have time to shop for a new place to stay. Would not recommend.
