Ample parking. Welcoming entrance and lobby. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was a nice perk. Would definitely stay here again.

It served its purpose as a place to sleep during a tournament. It wasn’t the cleanest in the halls (pipes leaking with a bucket under to catch it), and dirty carpets. The room seemed clean to the naked eye. Staff seemed decent. The breakfast was blah but not out of the ordinary with budget hotels.

So much was wrong. Carpet filthy and should be replaced. Bathroom door wouldn’t stay open. Walls crummy. Paid $225 only because it was Auto Show week. Awful.

The room generally was good and clean. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Breakfast finished early with little food available. Staff was courteous but generally not very interactive.

The little garden entrance in the front was super cute, staff was okay, but the room was disgusting. Didn’t look like anything was cleaned before we got in the room. Beds were made, but bathroom was an absolute mess and the carpet was dirty. Spending $257 on a room for a night & I wasn’t impressed. :/

It was a good value, and the rooms were clean. Another plus is the breakfast buffet. On the 2nd night, the toilet was running, but my son and I were too tired to complain.

Fair price/value- good stay- no frills
Room was priced well based on date of travel and location of my event. Hotel was clean but needs a refurbishment. Tub had an anti slip coating applied and was peeling and had water stains. Ceiling vent in bathroom was dusty and looked like some black mold was starting to form. Room was clean, frigerator worked, plenty of ice and vending machines. Had free breakfast in the morning. No pool. Overall good stay - but have had nicer with more amenities (bar ) and updated/newer rooms would have been nice.

Many things were old and dirty. The door to the room was repaired with about 50 screws and incredibly warp to the point it didn't even shut correctly.
The multiple coatings over the original tub was flaking off and the carpet was so dirty I didn't walk on it without some type of shoes on. The mattress felt like it was older than I was. There is more, but I'm sure you get the picture.

We are in the process of renovating all 198 rooms, but we have not gotten to all of them yet.

I had to be changed to 3 rooms, 1 was not cleaned at check in 6pm, 2nd didnt have a shower and finally the 3rd the AC didn't work. I was tired of moving by 9:30pm. so I sucked it up. Will not be back.

Didn’t bother front desk then issue with key card unlocked once then stopped working other person later fixed both cards she was very understanding even made sure problem solved a bit noisy til midnight but then calmed down

Originally put us in a room with A/C that was banging. They reluctantly moved us to another room. The desk chair in the room was the most uncomfortable that I ever sat in. The metal pieces in the side dug into your back. The lounge chair in the room was very saggy. The towels were very thin. The vent in the bathroom was completely covered in dust.

When breakfast was over I needed drinking water. The man cleaning the kitchen stopped his work to get me bottled water at the check in desk. He was so kind and eager to serve. Our room smelled bad. It was hard to enjoy it. The bathroom had hair in it when we arrived. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bedding lacked quality and comfort.

Staff was pleasant. Room was clean but needs desperately to be remodeled. Looks like everything was from forty years ago. Lobby was probably remodeled 20 years ago.
Everything was good. I made a mistake and didn’t ask for a no smoking room when booking. But it wasn’t that bad. Very restful night. Will stay there again next year. Thank you.
