For the price it was excellent, early free breakfast at 6 am. Pepper mill restaurant , subway , craft brewery and gas station on same block. Easy access to hwy. 15. D.B.

Repeat stay but roasted last night!
I've stayed here several times over the past few years as I travel to the area to visit my family. The hotel is a good deal and is easy to access. The only issue we had was the heating system. It was adjusted many times but did not seem to correctly correspond to the temperature setting. I woke up drenched in my own sweat more than once last night. Since we arrived later in the day, we didn't bother to change rooms, but it was definitely a waste of heat energy and made for a difficult night's sleep. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel for price and cleanliness.

One would think that all Comfort Inn properties would have the same amenities - NO. Whatba drastic difference between a CI 140 miles away to this one. This property needs help and a staff change. The front desk women have no knkwledge and are lazy. If you dpnt know the answer, tell me you dont know the answer. Dont brush it off as they did. The breakfast was horrible. The eggs were processed (not real) and the sausages were cooked 2 or 3 times (cardboard). Waffles were fine as you made them yourself. NO fruit. Excuses both mornings were, the delivery never showed up. There was a grocery store down the street. If customer service was a priority, they should have made the walk and purchased them. Our room had tiles pulling away from the wall and very little water pressure. Toilet ran on and on. (I fixed it). It could be a nice 5 star hotel (as the one we stayed in the previous night in Williamsport). But it ia in need of attention.

The staff were great, friendly and engaging. The vending machines and ice maker were all down which was disappointing and the tap water tasted funny. I wont argue the value of the room though, spacious and comfortable at a reasonable rate.

The hotel is a little on the old side and appears a bit worn. The room we stayed in had an unpleasant odor to it. We did not say anything about the odor and did not ask to change rooms. It seemed that the odor was coming from the AC unit.

On the plus side— the staff is friendly and very accommodating, especially Anna. On the negative side — my room is in desperate need of repair. The dead bolt on the door did not work. I reported this the morning after checking in. When I checked out three days later it still did not work. There were ants on the night stand. The electrical outlets were not set into the wall properly. The opening in the wall was cut larger than the electrical fixture. This did not appear safe. The exterior of the toilet looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. I was told that the hotel is now under new management.

“Uncomfort Inn”
While the room was clean and breakfast was satisfying, the beds were terribly loud and horribly uncomfortable. Every move made sounded like crinkly plastic, making for a restless night. The most important aspect of a hotel stay (a good night’s sleep) was the most uncomfortable. The lights are on motion sensors waking up the whole room when getting up in the night and turned off while in the shower. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was nice, but the bathroom of my room had two problems. The cold water in the sink turned warm, and then hot, even after I repeatedly turned it off and tried to adjust it. The toilet flushed slowly, becoming clogged. The breakfast was nice, including hot items. Desk staff were friendly.

I spotted a baby roach for goodness sake! I slept with one eye open and all my bags closed! The pool looked dirty and unkept. Luckily for us, we only stayed a night after leaving Hershey Park. We checked in at 10;30pm and left by 9am. I only enjoyed the coffee and the bed was comfortable. I would never go back- but you get what you pay for...

the property needs more lightening for parking safety. the building decorative lights were off or broken. Just looked unkept from the outside. Front desk woman at night younger, dark hair was excellent. Some days the person doing breakfast was not good. the days the same woman stayed to do breakfast the presentation was excellent. the Air scent machines on 2nd floor to much. Just seems like pool was cleaned weekly but overall hotel was not given as much care. Air filters in window air conditioners needed to be cleaned. But for the price felt it was a good/not great establishment. I appreciated the no frills but met my needs which was a very unexpected need. For that I am very grateful.

Perfect property for a family and pet owner trip to Hershey! Dog friendly they even have treats on the counter. The pool is great for the summertime it’s not heated however it’s was 90 and humid so the pool was amazing. Front desk was attentive. Place was clean. Only down side I would say would be the eggs at breakfast but there were lots of other options. Overall I would totally go back if I’m the area.
