I reserved a 2 bed room they said they only had one and garbage disposal was broken and sink was leaking the room smelt terrible. I booked it for the pool and when we arrived we were told it was closed. Over priced and disgusting

I'm sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with the 2 bedroom reservation. It sounds like there were multiple issues that made your stay unpleasant. I understand how frustrating it can be to encounter problems like a broken garbage disposal, leaking sink, unpleasant smell in the room, and a closed pool after booking specifically for it. It's certainly not the experience we want for our guests. Your feedback is important for improving their services and ensuring better experiences for future guests.

The hotel was clean & quiet. The condition of the room & amenities needs a little help. There was no shade or blinds to keep people outside from seeing in…there were shears but they were see-through. The hair dryer on the wall didn’t work, there was another hair dryer under the sink but its function was spotty. The paint on the walls looked like they were in the middle of painting it with patches of a different color of paint in several places. Hard to figure out how to adjust room temp & use the cook top. That being said…nothing was so blatant I wouldn’t stay there again..quiet & cleanliness is most important to me.

A clean simple room. Good for a sleep on a long journey. There is no breakfast included and the heating unit in the room is noisy.

The only negative was they need something on the bottom of the BATHTUB -- because it's slippery.

This was a replacement hotel for a hotel we checked in across the street where we had a really sub-par experience. Upon check in the front desk attendant was friendly and promptly got us the keys to the room. Upon entering the room there was no odor or smell of cigarettes and weed like the other hotel across the street. The room was clean and all the lights worked. The room was perfect for what we needed and pleasant for our short stay. The hotel had no continental breakfast options but had a small store where one can purchase sodas, snacks, and breakfast items for a reasonable fee.

Skip this hotel.
There were old dirty towels on the floor from previous guests. Front attendant was out for a smoke when we arrived and we waited at front desk for 10 minutes before she returned. Room was spacious, beds were comfy, but over all the room felt dirty and in clean. I will never stay there again.

Safety Concerns !!!!
One noticed one BIG thing! I really could not even believe it. Not one hand rail in the shower. BIG safety factor. Old young , handicapped take showers . I traveled around the world. I can’t remember any place that didn’t have at least one!

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. After reviewing your feedback, we checked our rooms and the room you stayed in and there is a bar on the wall next to the toilet. It is not in the shower but there is a grab bar between the tub and toilet. It is sometimes hard to see as it blends in and if you are looking more in the shower for it you could very easily miss it. I am glad to see you did enjoy your stay for the most part. As always, we do thank you for your business and hope to see you again.

Room was quite large and contained a full kitchenette. Hotel offers free guest laundry 24/7. Firm and soft bed pillows with embroidery labels on the pillow case edge was a great touch.

Unexpected Gem
This was an unexpected gem that I selected for its easy access to I-81. The employees were very friendly, kind and helpful, and my room was fabulous. Planning to stop here again on future travels.

This property is disgusting. I would never stay there again. I actually am pissed off that I even paid my room had coffee all over the back of the door. The counters and cabinets had oil stuck all over them. There was women’s hair in the shower soap from a bar of soap, dried up and caked in the soap tray Floors were filthy stuff under the bed. Things removed from the wall patched not painted not sanded just big white blotches.

Nicer than the ramada, feont desk staff was helpful but security hold increased by more than $70 even after we brought cleaner, took our own trash beyond the single office-sized can, had staff walk in twice more than an hour before checkout without announcing themselves, and smoke alarm went off after a shower... only on checkout day. Front desk staff upon checkin was helpful, brought food tonthem three times, and had a 'guest' 2 or 3 nights offering adult... extracurricular (?) Activities that wasnt evwb a guest

We were only there for overnight on Thanksgiving, so we did not try any restaurants or shopping, but we did see they were available close. The property was neat and clean, inside and out, the staff was pleasant and friendly, and our room was spacious and very comfortable. The best was the bed - I slept comfortably all night and did not wake up in pain as I usually do, even at home. It was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!!!

The room had a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator but it was not in good shape. We could not shut off the ice maker because the switch had been broken off. Also, the condensor was failing so it was very noisy all night and hard to sleep.

Not good!
There is nothing good to say about this hotel except the staff was nice and tried to be helpful. The hotel is run down and dirty! The rooms were dirty the common areas are dirty. The “long term” residents or people that stay longer than just a vacay are sketchy at best! I would NEVER stay here again!

We had to switch from one room and split to 2 rooms due to issue. The front desk was very nice and accommodating. The tub did not train in the one room. Beds not very comfortable. The main reason was we had kids running up and down halls all night and early in morning
