A two minute walk to the beautiful river and walking bridge. A small shopping plaza right in the hotel. Easy to get to restaurants and malls and highways. The view at night is great with the lights of the bridge.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. The staff was fabulous, the room was spacious, clean, and homey. The beverage center by the front desk was a great addition to the amenities; our kids (ages 14&17) thoroughly enjoyed the pool and game room, they can't wait to go back. We will def stay here in the future and look forward to going back.
There isn't anything I would improve. The hotel was wonderful from the moment we stepped in the front door, we were greeted by a friendly smile. The room was updated and clean. We paid for non-smoking and it didn't smell like someone had smoked in the room, it was clean and fresh smelling! The restaurant and bar staff were very friendly. Enjoyed are brief stay.
A pleasant but short one night stay at this hotel. My kids enjoyed the arcade, ping pong tables, pool and the playground. They were disappointed when we had to leave. I must say, this hotel was very kid friendly. The rooms we had were very spacious. The worn out & stained carpeting was an eyesore in the hallways and the elevator needed renovating as well. Breakfast buffet was not complimentary $.
It is close to Hershey park ( 15-20 minute ride).Overall it was a good stay.
For the price and proximity to Hershey Park it was pretty good. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was nice too and it kept the kids busy. Breakfast was a joke and the diner next door wasn't open which was very disappointing. In the laundry the dryer was shot but the staff let me use their dryer which was very nice of them. The gym consisted of 2 treadmills and a stationary bike which I thought was pretty funny. All in all it was a nice stay for the price and I would definitely recommend it to someone on a budget.
Great hotel, very clean, very comfortable, fridge and microwave in rooms. We're a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) and we enjoyed this hotel very much. We chose it because the rate was very reasonable and it was close to HersheyPark, although not as close as we thought it was going to be. The breakfast area was nice, but we expected the food to be better. There was always a long line to get pancakes and waffle. There's only 1 waffle maker and 1 pancake maker (which makes 3 pancakes), and they both take long. And when you have kids waiting that is not fun.

Beautiful view across from the hotel and outside was nicely trimmed. Friendly staff was a plus. Room wasn't anything special, needs to be updated a tad, but it was clean which is important. I would stay here again
