The kitchen comes ready for home cooking with a suite of stainless steel appliances, and there's seating for four at the adjacent dining table. The location is perfect - although it's hard to tell from pictures is, the ocean (with a small rocky beach) is right down the hill. You either need to go next door to their staircase (very easy) or go 2 doors down where there's an access point you can use drive onto the beach (if you bring paddleboards or other boats). And the neighborhood itself is walkable - you can go about a half mile down on the quiet residential street without encountering much/any traffic.The house itself is clean, modern, and large! We felt very at home, played some Monopoly and Boggle, and used the grill and outdoor firepit (it's in the garage). All that said, there's nothing like sitting on the back deck in an adirondack chair, reading a book. Makes you want to stay much longer. ##### Katie O. I hate to give it 4 stars instead of 5, but the lack of the final star is because we had some maintenance issues which were not addressed through the management company (washing machine stuck on error code so not working, locked thermostat so we were cold at night in bedrooms and bathrooms), and an intense sulphur smell in the water - and though I texted Vacasa per their instructions on the arrival text we received (which got no response even after 24 hours), and then tried calling the local maintenance number listed in the guidebook (where there was no answer or ability to leave a message), it was only when I called the main Vacasa number before checkout that I reached someone who said they would get on this stuff after we left (we only were there 2 days). So I think it is probably more of a management issue than a property/owner issue, and I hope they get it resolved because the place is overall awesome!
