Capture the beautiful pink, orange, and purple hues of a Harpswell sunset from this well-appointed 3BR, 2BA ocean view home with a ROW to the sandy/pebbly shores of Middle Bay.  
  
Inside, the afternoon light floods the windows of this beautifully updated home. Guests will enjoy cooking and entertaining in the spacious kitchen, complete with granite countertops, a center island, gas stove, double ovens, and a wet bar, then gathering around the large dining room table for a lobster feast. Relax in the living room accented by the warmth and comfort of the propane fireplace on chilly evenings or retreat to the ocean view deck to take in the sights and sounds of the shore. Off the dining room, you'll find a bedroom with a king bed and TV and on the other side of the home is the primary bedroom with a king bed, TV, and ocean views, opening to a deck. The third bedroom offers one twin bed and one full bed. There are two full bathrooms, one with a shower/tub combo and laundry, and the other with a shower.  
  
Outside, there is a spacious deck, yard, and access to the oceanfront via a ROW, just steps away, perfect for swimming, launching a kayak, or combing the beach for treasures.  
  
Located in a small oceanside neighborhood, you'll enjoy being "away from it all," while still being just a short drive from local restaurants and shops including Uncle Pete's Community Market, Dolphin Marina & Restaurant and Erica's Seafood, as well as the many restaurants and shops of Maine Street, Brunswick.
